'Haus Maria' is a small apartment-hotel very close to the beach of 'Nea Potidea'. The hotel is owned and run with care for detail, by our family for two generations. Our focus is your well-being   allowing you to fully enjoy the sun, sea and beach.

The Apartment-hotel

Our hotel is situated on the peninsula 'Chalkidiki' in the northern part of greece. The picturesque village of 'Nea Potidea' is approx. 60 Km away from the Thessaloniki airport. The hotel was built in 1982 and completely renovated first in 1996 and then continuously improved ever since to reach the highest standards.
The hotel has 16 apartments where each apartment is made for 2 – 4 persons. All of the apartments have air conditioning, balcony, toilet and shower, complete kitchenette (refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, glasses and mugs, coffee-maker), television (including 3 German tv channels), clock-radio, ceiling-fans, cupboards. Bedsheets and kitchen towels are available and are cleaned regularly.
A bar-lounge is situated in the basement of the hotel and has a large screen TV (also HD when available) and Internet Access freely available to customers.
 
Our family is always available on-site and is taking care of all needs. Next to the Greek language, we also speak German and English. Optionally you can choose to use our airport transfer service, which brings you from the Thessaloniki airport to our hotel and back.
