Haus Maria is the alternative to a holiday in a hotel.
Are you planning a vacation in the land of the gods and have discovered the beautiful Chalkidiki peninsula? And now you're looking for an alternative to the usual hotel? You've come to the right place. Our lovingly furnished apartments offer a relaxing vacation for families with children, as well as for couples or singles looking to escape the stresses of everyday life.
House Maria is located in the village of Nea Potidea on the first finger of Halkidiki. We offer a total of 16 apartments or studios. All our rooms feature a balcony, shower/WC, a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, a fan, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a safe, and much more.
The open sandy beach is just 30 meters away. Our beach has been awarded the Blue Flag for excellent water quality.
The nearest supermarket is 100 metres away.
The beach promenade is approximately 200 meters away, with numerous beach bars offering organized beach service (loungers and umbrellas), taverns, fast-food restaurants, pizzerias, souvenir shops, and much more. Numerous water sports activities are also offered.
At the picturesque fishing port you can experience a romantic sunset with a view of Mount Olympus, the home of the gods.
